Processing of personal data pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
1. Data controller

2. Personal data processed
The data processed may include name, surname, email address, telephone number, the content of requests, data relating to requested services and data contained in any documents sent. Technical browsing data and, subject to consent where necessary, data connected to analytics tools or third-party content may also be processed.
3. Contact form
The website form prepares an email message on the user's device and does not directly store its content in a website database. The message is actually sent through the email service chosen by the user.
4. Purposes and legal bases
Data are processed to respond to requests, prepare quotes, take pre-contractual measures, provide translation/training services, manage payments and administrative obligations, comply with legal obligations and protect the Controller's rights. Depending on the case, the legal bases are Article 6(1)(b), (c), (f) and, where required, (a) GDPR.
5. Retention
Data are retained for the time necessary to handle the request and any professional relationship; administrative and tax documentation may be retained for the periods required by applicable law.
6. Recipients and providers
Within the limits necessary, data may be processed by technical providers of hosting, email, communications, payments, analytics and external content. Data are not sold or publicly disclosed.
7. PayPal
The website may link toPayPal.Me/AlvesDosSantos. If you choose PayPal, the data needed for payment are also processed by PayPal according to its own privacy information. Tradulci does not receive full payment-instrument details.
8. Google Maps
The website may link to Google Maps for geographical directions. If Maps content is embedded, technical data may be communicated to Google and the content will be managed through prior consent where required.
9. Google Analytics 4
This website uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4), a measurement service provided by Google. The measurement ID configured on the site is G-B7J20TXR4S. On this website, the Analytics code is loaded only after the user has consented to the analytics category through the cookie banner; if consent is refused, Google Analytics is not loaded.
When active, GA4 may collect information about visits and website use, including number of users, session data, approximate location, and browser and device information. Google Analytics normally uses first-party cookies such as _ga and _ga_<container-id>, with a default expiration of up to 2 years, subject to browser restrictions or different configuration.

10. Facebook and Instagram
The website contains external links to Tradulci profiles on Facebook and Instagram. Opening these links takes the user to Meta platforms, which process data under their own privacy notices. Any embedded Pixels, widgets or feeds will be activated only with the required safeguards and consents.
11. Local videos and YouTube
Videos on the website are hosted locally and do not require YouTube for playback. The website also contains a link to Tradulci's YouTube channel. Any embedded videos will, where possible, use a more privacy-protective mode and will be loaded in accordance with applicable consent rules.

For details, see theCookie Policy. Tools that are not strictly necessary must remain disabled until the user makes a choice where consent is required.
13. Transfers outside the EEA
Some international providers may involve transfers of or access to data outside the European Economic Area. Such processing takes place under the mechanisms and safeguards provided by the GDPR and the provider's applicable terms.
14. Data subject rights
Where provided by the GDPR, data subjects may exercise the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection and, for processing based on consent, may withdraw consent at any time. 15. Complaint
A data subject may lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority if they believe that processing infringes applicable data-protection law.
